Hi I’m Victoria, lover of adventures and all things outdoors.
I am a level 3 pilates instructor and personal trainer who helps athletes, adventurers and active spirits move better, feel great and be ready to take on their next challenge.
My mission is to motivate and support my clients so they can live life to the fullest!

I believe it just as important to train your mind (brain) as it is your matter (body) so training sessions are an effective, enjoyable fusion of Pilates and strength and conditioning.

Workouts are delivered 1-2-1, in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions, for a personalised, progressive programme that ensures you fulfil your goals.
Pilates is a whole mind-body workout designed to lengthen, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Applying the principles of Pilates (Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow) to strength training will help improve function, performance and make you feel great!
Pilates reformers are incredibly flexible, accommodating a range of body types and skill levels. They are endlessly adjustable providing a personalised workout for both novice and more experienced users. Both studios are equipped with Balanced Body Allegro II reformers.

Choose from two stunning studio locations in The Chilterns. Both venues are in peaceful, private locations with onsite parking.
My base is in the heart of The Chilterns near Cholesbury. The fully equipped studio contains two Balanced Body Allegro II reformers, a Wundachair, weights and small equipment.
Once a week I am on the riverside near Cookham in a beautiful modern studio, also with a Balanced Body Allegro II, weights and small equipment.
Both studios provide a private sanctuary to escape life’s daily demands and focus on yourself.
